Selling to StikSwap
Instant Quotes
StikSwap uses an instant quote system. You select your clubs, choose the correct details, and see your quote before submitting. After you submit your quote, we send you shipping instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
Condition Policy
New or Used
StikSwap keeps condition grading simple. If a club has never been hit, it is New. If a club has been hit at all, it is Used. This includes range use, simulator use, indoor hitting, outdoor hitting, or course play.
Submitting clubs to StikSwap
1. Accurate club information
You are responsible for selecting the correct club type, brand, model, shaft details, handedness, condition, and any other requested information during the instant quote process.
2. Condition must match your submission
Clubs must match the condition selected when the quote was submitted. New means never hit. Used means hit at least once. If a club is submitted as New but shows signs of use, the quote may be adjusted.
3. Inspection after arrival
Once your clubs arrive, StikSwap inspects them to confirm they match your instant quote submission. Payment is processed after the clubs pass inspection and are confirmed to match the submitted quote.
4. Adjusted or canceled quotes
StikSwap may revise or cancel a quote if the clubs received do not match the submitted details, are counterfeit, are damaged beyond what was disclosed, are missing components, or are otherwise not as described.
5. If a revised quote is declined
If a quote is revised after inspection and you decline the revised amount, you may request the clubs be returned. Return shipping costs may be your responsibility when the issue is caused by inaccurate or incomplete submission details.
6. Packaging responsibility
You are responsible for packing your clubs securely. Damage caused by improper packaging may affect your payout. Use a sturdy box and enough packing material to protect the club heads, shafts, and grips during transit.
How payouts work
Payment Methods
Cash payouts only
StikSwap currently pays sellers through Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or check by mail upon request. We do not currently offer trade-in credit or store credit bonuses. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate payout information.
Payout Timing
Paid after inspection
Payment is sent within 1 business day after your clubs arrive, are inspected, and are confirmed to match your submitted quote.
Shipping your clubs to StikSwap
Prepaid shipping label
After you submit your instant quote, StikSwap sends shipping instructions and a prepaid shipping label. The label must be used according to the instructions provided.
Box size and carrier requirements
You must follow the shipping instructions provided with your label, including any box size or carrier requirements. Oversized boxes, improper packaging, or failure to follow shipping instructions may delay processing or affect payout.
Lost or damaged packages
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, StikSwap will work with the shipping carrier to review the issue. Resolution may depend on tracking, carrier findings, packaging quality, and the specific circumstances of the shipment.

StikSwap sells through eBay
StikSwap does not currently sell clubs directly through this website. Clubs available for purchase are listed through our official eBay store. Purchases made through eBay are subject to the terms, listing details, return policy, payment rules, and buyer protections shown on eBay at the time of purchase.
Important terms
Authenticity
StikSwap does not knowingly purchase counterfeit golf equipment. If clubs are determined to be counterfeit or suspected to be counterfeit, the quote may be canceled.
Right to refuse service
StikSwap reserves the right to refuse service, cancel quotes, or reject submissions involving suspected fraud, abuse, inaccurate information, counterfeit products, or repeated violations of these terms.
Policy updates
StikSwap may update these terms and policies as our process changes. The terms shown on this page apply to submissions made through the website unless otherwise stated in writing by StikSwap.
